For Promoters: How to Set Up Your Race Order Using Drag & Drop

Drag & Drop makes it easy to build a conflict-free race order

Build your race order quickly and easily with RaceReady's builder. Log in to your Promoter account, find the race you want to manage inside the events tab, and click "Manage Race".

Click on the Race Order tab, You'll see the classes on the left and the empty races boxes on the right.

Click and drag classes into any races you wish. Multiple classes can be combined in any single race, but the RaceReady system will alert you of any conflicts as you build.

When a conflict arises, the race will show a conflict symbol. Like shown in race 2 bellow

The type of conflict can be viewed within the conflict sub-tab of the Race Order page, shown in on the left side of the picture above.

Our system looks for three kinds of conflicts: Bike Conflicts (the same bike is registered more than once for the same race), Break Conflicts (a racer needs to have a sufficient break between races), and a Class Conflict (a racer is registered for more than one class within a race).

Drag and drop as you like, until your race order is conflict-free and works for you and your racers.
