For Promoters: How To Create a RaceReady Account

Basic RaceReady accounts are free, giving promoters better event management & online registration tools—immediately.



If you're reading this, then you're barking up the right tree. Whatever kind of race promoting you do, we think RaceReady can make your life better.

To create a free account simply go to iraceready.com, find the login screen, and create an account by clicking "Get Started":

1. Create Your RaceReady Promoter Account

If you haven't created a Promoter account yet, go to app.iraceready.com, and select "Get Started."

Fill out the initial account creation form, and be sure to select the "Promoter" account type: 

2. Set Up Your Stripe Account

The article that shows you how to do this is here.

For a quick reference, put together the following information:

  1. Business address, name, and tax ID (for individuals it's a social security number; for businesses, it's an EIN, or Employer Identification Number)

  2. Owner's info (or an authorized representative), including name, date of birth, and last four digits of their social security number.

Then go to 1) Settings > 2) Companies & Bank Accounts > 3) Add Company (if you don't already have your company there)


You'll be prompted to fill out more information about yourself and your business. Follow the prompts.
NOTE: YOU MUST SET UP YOUR STRIPE BILLING ACCOUNT BEFORE YOU CAN USE THE RACEREADY PLATFORM. 


3. Log in to your RaceReady account

Navigate to app.iraceready.com to log in to your new account, entering the password you created in the beginning. You'll be taken to your promoter dashboard where you can create your custom classes (which you only have to do once), and then you can create an event.
